Ladder Tank!

Hey everyone! Yes I am alive and still knitting :) I have been busy with kids and life! My boys have been playing baseball almost everyday and the oldest is still fencing almost everyday. If you add my running everyday and work to that, I just don't have all that much time to knit or blog. I did just finish a project though and I thought I would share! This is the Ladder Tank out of the new Interweave Summer. I really like it! If I make it again I will add a little length. Oh Oh and Sandrey my awesome middle son hit his fourth out of the ball park home run last night! This one happened to be a grand slam! So I thought I would share a picture of my sweet big guy! Hearts Mittens for Valentines Day!

Misadventures in Mittens!

So I have gone Mitten Crazy and am planning on an e-book I think???? Or maybe just a bunch of cool mitten patterns, not sure yet. What do you all think????? Anyway I seem to be knitting a lot of mittens to rip out a lot of mittens, to retool a chart, to knit again, to rip again. Boy this is a lot of work. Good thing I love to knit.

Oh yes and this mitten came out and was knit again and came out again and will be knit again tomorrow! Some sort of crazy mitten fever is going around here:) Happy Adventures, Trish

There might be some mittening going on around here!

So for a few weeks now I have been playing with mitten design. Oh the ideas are floating around my brain! I have 7 designs so far. How many more will there be????? Here is a picture of the first one that didn't make the cut! But the hubby is enjoying wearing it never the less!

Sorry about the crappy picture. One of the main reasons I have not been blogging much is that I lost my camera charger in July and I have only been able to take pictures with my sons cell phone! Yuck! Happy Adventures, Trish

Sandrey's Sweater

So three out of the four boys in my life received sweaters for Christmas. Now the Daddy's isn't quite done but that is okay! He can wait. Anyway this is Sandrey's sweater. It was knit with Spud and Chloe Sweater. It is such a nice yarn. It feels like cotton but knits like wool and it washes really nicely. I bought the yarn at the Knitting Bee of course and the shop has lots of nice colors in stock.
